Frontiers Bar and Restaurant

At the centre of One Stop is Frontiers Coffee Bar — our garden café and meeting place.

Frontiers is about good coffee, honest food and unhurried time. Whether you’re passing through on a long drive north, landing at the airstrip, meeting friends for breakfast, or stopping for lunch under the trees, it’s designed to feel easy and welcoming.

We serve:

• Proper barista coffee

• Fresh juices and smoothies

• Wholesome breakfasts

• Seasonal salads, lunches, dinners, pizza oven, full bar service

• Homemade cakes and sweet treats

There’s indoor seating and plenty of shaded garden tables, with Mount Kenya watching over it all. It’s as suited to a working meeting as it is to a slow Saturday brunch. Frontiers has become a natural gathering point for farmers, travellers, families and friends — a place where people tend to stay longer than they planned.

A warm, welcoming farm shop offering fresh local produce, artisanal cheeses, baked goods and ethical home essentials sourced from small, sustainable farms across Laikipia.

Butterbean is about wholesome food and thoughtful sourcing — the kind of place you can stock up on quality ingredients, discover something handmade, and support local producers at the same time.

Sharon comes up with her team once every 2 weeks from Nairobi, alternatively Evans is available for mani,pedi, simple hair cuts on regular days. 

Whether you’re in for a quick trim or a full refresh, their professional team ensures you leave feeling polished and looked after.
